NSIA Periodically Advertises the Procurement of Services.
Basic Prequalification Requirements
Consistent with best practice and in line with Authority’s procurement framework, NSIA advertises procurement of services as and when required. In order to comply with our general procurement requirements, respondents must provide the following minimum accompanying documentation along with the Express of Interest:
- Certificate of Incorporation
- CAC Forms CO7 and CO2
- Tax Clearance Certificates (Last 3 years minimum)
- Audited Accounts (Last 3 years minimum)
- Sustainability & ESG certifications/policies.

Ethical Standards and Anti-Corruption
NSIA maintains zero tolerance for fraudulent or corrupt practices. All staff; vendors, suppliers, contractors, and consultants are required to observe the highest ethical standards and integrity throughout the procurement process. Any attempt to influence procurement decisions through misrepresentation or improper inducement will result in disqualification and possible sanctions.
Tender/Open Bidding
Tender/Open BiddingThe Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA) issues tenders under the open competitive bidding procurement method. NSIA applies a range of procurement methods, including open competitive bidding, limited competition, shopping, and direct contracting/single sourcing. The choice of method depends on the nature, complexity, and requirements of each procurement. Direct sourcing may be used for proprietary, urgent, or highly specialized goods and services. As a sovereign wealth fund, procurement activities are conducted in line with strict internal policies, international best practices, and the Authority’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and good corporate governance. The Authority promotes socially and environmentally responsible procurement and encourages vendors’ commitment to sustainability and ethical practice
Conflict of Interest
NSIA enforces strict conflict of interest disclosure requirements for staff and consultants involved in procurement. All actual, perceived, or potential conflicts must be declared and managed appropriately to ensure objective and impartial decision-making.
